I you already saw the first trailer for John Hillcoat's Lawless I don't think you need any more reasons to see the depression-era bootlegger film, but I know you want to see more! Thanks to MTV we have two clips from the movie for you to watch.
The first is called Don't Ever Touch Me Again, which includes a very uncomfortable and intense first meeting between Tom Hardy and Guy Pearce. The other clip is called As Long As You're My Brother, which includes Jack (Shia LaBeouf) getting some brotherly advice from Hardy after having got the crap beat out of him. It's looking like Hardy is going to be the driving force behind this movie, he's awesome in these clips. This also looks like it will be LaBeouf's best performance to date.
The movie also stars Jessica Chastain, Jason Clarke, Gary Oldman, and Mia Wasikowska. Lawless is set to be released on August 29th here in the U.S. Check out the clips and let us know what you think about Hardy's performance. This just looks like it's going to be a badass manly kind of film.
