Geek Art: Sci-Fi Style Redesign of DEADPOOL

Today's Geek Art is a pretty cool sci-fi redesign of the lovably badass Marvel character Deadpool. It was created by Johnson Ting, and here's what he had to say,

Deadpool in a semi sci-fi timeline. Omg im such a marvel fanboy. I inverted the colors of the character, I didnt want red to be that dominant so I gave him a black suit with hints of reds. Ohh and I got the skittles thing from adonihs! I thought it would be interesting to add in but If i offended Danny personally I will remove it asap.

So for this piece I tried to imitate a comic cover, the composition and sorts. Quite a challenge, met alot of bumps but I had a hell of a fun painting and redesigning the character. 

I think it's a pretty cool look for the character. I like the MP3 player on his chest, and for those of you wondering what he's listening to its that sound track to Metal Gear Solid 4. What do you think of the design?
