Heroes Know How To Do A Three Point Landing

Go outside right now and try to jump off something big and look graceful. Now try three point landing without shattering a knee cap. I used to think it was easy, but after a few failed attempts, I feel like I've taken an arrow to the knee. I'm going to keep practicing though, as should you if you want to be like all the heroes in the video below.
