Rebecca Hall To Star in IRON MAN 3?

Rebecca Hall (The Town, Everything Must Go) is in talks to star in Iron Man 3. She would take the role vacated by Jessica Chastain, according to Variety.

Hall would play the role of a genius scientist equal to Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark. The unconfirmed role could be Dr. Maya Hansen, a character responsible for the "Extremis" nanotechnology that is said to be a key part of the sequel's focus.

Shane Black is set to directe the film that also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Ben Kingsley, and Guy Pearce. Iron Man 3 arrives in theaters on May 3, 2013.
