L5 - New Sci-Fi Web Series!
Just saw this on the wide, wide world of web. L5 is a sci-fi web series funded entirely by donations from the site Kickstarter and the pilot episode (posted below) cost only $15,000. From what I've seen, the story is tight and the CGI is pretty good. More story details are below.
Synopsis:
L5 begins at what in any other story might be the end. The crew of a deep space exploration vessel returns home after what was supposed to be a 20-year mission and finds planet Earth, apparently, deserted.
