Will Josh Hartnett Play DAREDEVIL?

30 Days of Night and Hard Candy director David Slade is currently developing his reboot of Daredevil, and in a recent conversation on twitter he hints at the fact that he would like Josh Hartnett to take on the lead role. Here's how the conversation went down:

I'm surprised Hartnet didn't have a better acting career. At one point he was a rising star, then all of a sudden he's not making movies anymore. Not sure what happened, but he needs a movie to get him back in the game. It would be interesting to see him take on the role of Daredevil. 

This could be Slade just simply agreeing that it would be cool to see Hartnett do something in the Marvel universe, but ya never now. Maybe the actor is on Slade's wish list of actors to take on the role, but who knows if it will ultimately happen or not. The two also worked together on 30 Days of Night.
