Anne Hathaway Talks about CATWOMAN Spin-Off

Last week, Christopher Nolan mentioned in an interview that he'd like to see Anne Hathaway's Catwoman get a spin off film. The director says he's moving on, but that she deserves it. When the actress was asked about a spin off film in a recent interview say said,

If [Nolan] is interested then I'm very interested. I think it would be lovely to see more of her but only if it's with the right people. She lives in this Gotham City and so it would have to be established by the people who have made this Gotham City. For me, at least.

So basically it's not going to happen, and we shouldn't get our hopes up. Nolan is done with this universe, and she's obviously not going to do it without him. 

I loved Hathaway's portrayal of Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises, but with the way the movie ended, I'm fine with not seeing any spin-off movies. We know Warner Bros. is planning to reboot the franchise again at some point, we just don't know how they plan on doing that. Would you like to see a Catwoman spin-off film? I'm sure the studio will eventually give it another try, but it will most likely be without Nolan and Hathaway.
