J.J. Abrams and Edgar Wright Teaming up for COLLIDER

Finally we have some awesome movie news to share with you today! Paramount Pictures is gearing up to put a new sci-fi film into production called Collider. The best part of the news is what you read in the title, filmmakers J.J. Abrmas and Edgar Wright have teamed up to produce the film, which is being written by Mark Protosevich (I Am Legend, Oldboy).

I have absolutely no idea what the movie is about, but it's an original idea that was hatched by Abrams and Wright. I've got to say that it's incredibly cool to see these two talented individuals collaborating with each each! I'm not sure why, but it never crossed my mind that we would see these to guys work together on a film. I just can't help but think the end result will be incredible!

I wish I had more details to share with you, but this is all we have for now. As soon as more information becomes available on the film we'll fill you in, but as you know Abrams is really good at keeping a secret.

Abrams is currently working on Star Trek 2, and Wright is prepping up to direct The Worlds End with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. One day he'll finally get Ant-Man into production. It's only a matter of time before that happens.

Are you excited to see Abrams and Wright working together on a sci-fi film project?
