Reese Witherspoon's Warrior Princess Film Picked Up by Summit

Summit Entertainment has acquired the feature film rights to Reese Witherspoon's fantasy movie Pennyroyal’s Boot Camp. The film is based on an unpublished novel by M.A. Larson, and the story follows an "orphaned girl who travels to the Pennyroyal Boot Camp where she and her friends train to become warrior princesses in order to defeat an ever-growing threat of wicked witches."

The premise of the story is kind of cool. I like the idea of little girl princesses battling an army of witches. It's something my girls will definitely enjoy watching! Witherspoon is producing the film and will also take on a supporting role.
