I think everyone must've had mixed feelings when we first heard that they'd be making a new Bourne film without Matt Damon. The reason why the studio would continue the franchise is pretty obvious, it stars with an "m" and ryhmes with money. But surely when you saw that they brought in Jeremy Renner that must've taken a bit of the sting off, right? He looks to soon be taking over the Mission: Impossible reigns from Tom Cruise. So is Renner the go-to hand-off guy? Will The Bourne Legacy just be a carbon copy of the other Bourne films?
