John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN getting Theatrical Re-Release!

John Carpenter's classic 1979 horror film Halloween is headed back to the big screen! The movie will hit theaters just in time on October 25th. I've watched Halloween every year during during Halloween for as long as I can remember, and I've never seen it on the big screen. So I'm excited that I'll get that opportunity this year!

I'm happy to see that re-releasing movies is starting to catch on! I recently saw Raiders of the Lost Ark on the big screen, and that was incredible! Are you looking forward to watching Halloween on the big screen? What is your favorite Halloween movie to watch?

This October, John Carpenter's immortal classic HALLOWEEN will be making a return to theaters nationwide. This will be the biggest run the film has had since shocking audiences in 1978 and makes for the perfect early kick-off to next year's 35th Anniversary celebration.

Screening before the film will be YOU CAN'T KILL THE BOGEYMAN: 35 YEARS OF HALLOWEEN, a new mini-documentary written and directed by Justin Beahm, focusing on the undeniable impact the film (and series) has had on culture and the genre. The documentary will run at all screenings coast-to-coast.
