Cartoon Depicts Hayao Miyazaki's Philosophy on Films

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this comic by Ashley Allis describing famous anime director Hayao Miyazaki's thoughts on good and evil in films. I was always a big fan of Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke but couldn't exactly shape as to why. I still can't tell you if it's his presentation of good and evil, or just the fact that his stories are a take off from the standard in American story telling. Either way, it brought to light a little more information on a director I already liked as well as gave me insight to his films. You Miyazaki fans out there, have you always been aware of this?
