AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. - Exciting New TV Spot
A new promo for Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. aired over the weekend during Game 1 of the NBA Finals. It's now online for us to check out! The spot is short, but it has some more new footage to check out. I've been surprised by how many people out there have a negative attitude about this series and have already written it off. I've seen several comments from people on Twitter and Facebook saying it's going to suck and that it will fail. Many of these are people I thought would be excited for it! They do know Joss Whedon is developing it... right? I don't know where this negativity is coming from, but regardless, I'm really excited to see this series. I think it looks awesome! Clark Gregg reprises his role of Agent Phil Coulson from Marvel’s feature films as he assembles a small, highly select group of Agents from the worldwide law-enforcement organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Together they investigate the new, the strange, and the unknown across the globe, protecting the ordinary from the extraordinary.
Coulson’s team consists of Agent Grant Ward (Brett Dalton), highly trained in combat and espionage, Agent Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) expert pilot and martial artist, Agent Leo Fitz (Iain De Caestecker); brilliant engineer and Agent Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) genius bio-chemist.
