Julianne Moore In Talks to Join Last Two HUNGER GAMES Films
Julianne Moore is in talks to play District 13 leader Alma Coin in the third and fourth films of The Hunger Games franchise.
Coin is the President of District 13 and the leader of the rebellion against the Capitol by the people of the districts of Panem. She is first introduced when Katniss Everdeen meets her in District 13. She ends up clashing with the heroine as her methods and motivations draw suspicion.
If Moore is cast she will join a huge ensemble cast, which includes Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson,Liam Hemsworth, Philip Seymour Hoffman and more. The director of the upcoming Hunger Games: Catching Fire film, Francis Lawrence, is also set to return to helm these final two movies.
Moore is a great actress and would be a solid choice for this role.
