CAPTAIN AMERICA 2 - "Greater Than Any Marvel Movie to Date"
Marvel has done a hell of a job bringing their characters to life on the big screen. I've enjoyed every movie they've made since Iron Man, and I'm looking forward to some more good times! They just seem to be getting better and better, and the upcoming films Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Avengers 2 and Ant-Man are sure to make fans happy.
ScreenDaily recently reported that co-director of Captain America 2 Joe Russo said his movie is "going to be much greater than any Marvel movie to date." That's a bold statement, but one that I really want to be true! Captain America is one of my favorite Marvel characters, and the fact that the movie is basically set up as a direct sequel to The Avengers puts it in a good position to make that statement true. Of course the director of the film is going to say his movie is the greatest, but we'll just have to wait and see. I can't wait to see some footage from the film, which will most likely happen at Comic-Con.
This sequel has a lot of potential, but do you think it could really end up being better than The Avengers, or whatever your favorite Marvel movie is?
The movie comes out in theaters on November 6th, 2014!
