Awesome GHOSTBUSTERS LEGO Set Needs Your Vote!
Back to the Future was able to get an official LEGO play set, the next logical step would be to get a Ghostbusters one made as well! To celebrate the upcoming 30th anniversary of the classic movie LEGO builder Brent Waller created this ECTO-1 Ghostbusters set, and it's now on LEGO Cuusoo waiting for your vote! It needs 10,000 votes to get pushed through to the LEGO approval board, and as of right now it's about halfway there!

June 7th 1984 saw the release of the blockbuster film Ghostbusters. To celebrate its 30th Anniversary in 2014 I present my rendition of characters Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, Egon Spengler and Winston Zeddemore, their Ectomobile "Ecto-1" and the fan favourite ghost "Slimer".
The Ectomobile - Based on a 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Ambulance, The Ectomobile or Ecto-1 is one of the most famous movie cars in the world, instantly recognizable even to those not familiar with the films. Decked out in all manner of ghost catching equipment and an over abundance of sirens, it's sure to catch the attention of any person, ghost or demi-god in the vicinity.
I'd love to see this get the official LEGO stamp of approval!
