21 Awesome Cereals From The 80s and 90s That Our Kids Will Never Enjoy

When I was growing up, one of my favorite things to do was watch cartoons while eating a bowl of cereal. I used to sit right in front of the TV spilling milk on the carpet floor as I ate it. During the 80s and early 90s, the cereal we had to eat was incredible! I was out buying cereal for my kids the other day, and I felt bad for the generation of kids who will never know what great cereal tastes like. Yeah, it may have been a bit more unhealthy than it is now, but you know what? It didn’t hurt me! I'm fine!

I've seen a couple of lists similar to this in the past, but these are some of my favorite cereals I remember growing up with, and I also included the commercials for each one. Rewatching those commercials really brought back some delicious memories. Watch out, though! Some of them have some pretty catchy tunes that will get stuck in your head.

A lot of the cereals here are based on classic movies and TV shows. There's was nothing better than watching G.I. Joe while eating G.I. Joe Action Stars!
