3 New Clips Released From GAME OF THRONES Season 6

HBO just released a stellar trailer for its epic fantasy series Game of Thrones, and the network isn't stopping with that. Three new clips from season 6 have hit the internet courtesy of EW, and the marketing department has managed to toe a fine line between giving fans content before the season premiere and also making sure that content doesn't give too much away about what the season has in store for us. Meet me below for a few quick thoughts.

These clips perfectly embody the marketing campaign as a whole. The first centers on Jaime and Cersei talking about Myrcella's death, which is something we all knew had to happen, so it's not really a spoiler in any way. The second shows Theon and Sansa on the run from Ramsay Bolton, but it doesn't actually show them doing anything of consequence or reveal how they get out of the situation. And the third shows Dany walking up to Vaes Dothrak, which we've already seen in the first trailer. So again, no big info revealed, but fans feel like they've been thrown a bone. It's a tough balance, but HBO's been walking the tightrope so far and they don't have much longer to go until the premiere on April 24th.
