Adam Driver Up For Nightwing in BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN
A new casting rumor has hit the internet that Girls co-star Adam Driver is up for the part of Dick Grayson a.k.a. Nightwing in Zack Snyder's Batman Vs. Superman. I hope it isn't true because I don't see this guy playing that character at all.
The news comes from The Wrap who claims to have two sources that confirm the news. Nothing is set in stone, which is good, because I think they could find someone that fits the character better. It's does kind of fit the description of the character previously released by Latino-Review that describes the character as a “young John Hawkes.” That's great and all but this guy lacks the grittiness of John Hawkes.
The report also says that there are "at least two other actors [who] may be in the mix to play Grayson, the Caped Crusader’s former sidekick, who’s been estranged from Bruce Wayne for years in the movie."
I'm personally not a big fan of the choice, but if he's officially cast, maybe he'll surprise me. What do you think about the possibility of Driver playing Nightwing?
