Awesome New Trailer for Scarlett Johansson's GHOST IN THE SHELL Features New Footage and Story Details

We've got another incredibly cool trailer for you to watch today for Scarlett Johansson's Ghost in the Shell! I'm totally stoked for this movie! It looks a lot better than I initially thought it was going to be when the project was first announced. Rupert Sanders helmed the film, and as you can see he definitely brought his A-game when it comes to the stunning visuals. As far as the script and story go, that has yet to been determined, but from what I've seen of the film up until this point... so far, so good. 

This latest trailer offers a ton of new footage from the film and also dives deeper into the story.. 

Based on the internationally-acclaimed sci-fi property, GHOST IN THE SHELL follows the Major, a special ops, one-of-a-kind human-cyborg hybrid, who leads the elite task force Section 9. Devoted to stopping the most dangerous criminals and extremists, Section 9 is faced with an enemy whose singular goal is to wipe out Hanka Robotic¹s advancements in cyber technology.

Ghost in the Shell also stars Michael Pitt, Juliette Binoche, “Beat” Takeshi Kitano, Michael Wincott, and Pilou Asbæk. It's set to be released in theaters on March 31, 2017.
