BATES MOTEL Renewed for Season 3
THR recently announced that their hit drama Bates Motel will be back for a third season. Here is what they had to say:

In my opinion, this is outstanding news. Bates Motel is one of my favorite shows on TV. The cast, led by the stunning Vera Farmiga and the uber-creepy Freddie Highmore, is phenomenal.
The story follows a young Norman Bates and his mother Norma and what happens around them as they run the infamous Bates Motel. Psycho is in my top five favorite movies of all time, and I feel that this is a perfect prequel to that story. If you haven't had a chance to watch the show yet, I highly recommend it.
