CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR Will Tie-In with THOR: RAGNAROK

As you know, Marvel loves to tease their upcoming films in the movies that they make. The most recent example of this is Ant-Man's connection to Captain America: Civil War. Then in turn we can expect to see Captain America: Civil War tease other Marvel films, and according to Jaimie Alexander, who plays Sif in the MCU, one of those will be Thor: Ragnarok.

While talking to the L.A. Times about Sif's role in the Thor: Ragnarok she said,

"Marvel, I think on purpose, they don’t tell me certain things. Because they know I’ll be like, 'So here's what's gonna happen.' But I do know I will be in Thor 3 and that Sif will have a very pivotal part in that movie. I just can’t tell you what because I’ll get shot. "

Then when asked it she was excited to see the hints of the next Thor film in Avengers: Age of Ultron, she made a brief mention, that we'll also see that in Civil War saying:

"There’s a lot of great stuff they’ve peppered in through Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Avengers [and] Captain [America: Civil War] will have some stuff. There's just all kind of Easter eggs and hints, if you’re really paying attention. They’re so good at interweaving everything throughout those films.”

It's not a huge reveal, but it does tell us that there will be some kind of tie-in that will help propel the stories in the MCU forward. Thor is one of the few Avengers who isn't expected to make an appearance in Civil War, but there is a rumor that he might be included and that someone other than Thor could lift his hammer — Mjolnir — in it. You can read more about that here, but none of that information has been confirmed. it would be interesting if it did turn out to be true, though.

I'm curious to see how they do end up tying Civil War in with Thor: Ragnarok. It will give us something to look out for when we're watching the movie.
