Chris Evans Says CIVIL WAR Sets up AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR
If you thought Avengers: Age of Ultron was dark and awesome, it’s just the beginning of what we are going to see in Phase 3 of Marvel's Cinematic Universe. During a recent interview with MTV, Chris Evans talked about Captain America: Civil War and stopped short of calling it an Avengers film. There are going to be additional Avengers characters in the movie, and it’s going to set up what we eventually see in Avengers: Infinity War.
"Captain America: Civil War is the jumpoff into Avengers: The Infinity War [sic]. Civil War is going to be the setup for the real battle. So yeah, there are a lot of people - a lot of people in Cap 3."
The video features several interviews with the cast of the movie, and everyone admits to knowing who’s side they fall on in Civil War, but of course they won’t say what side that is. It’s either going to be team Captain America or team Iron Man. I fall on the side of team Cap, and I can’t wait to see how everything plays out in Civil War.
