Dan Harmon Says The Eventual COMMUNITY Movie Will Be Great

Just a few days ago, I started to feel a pang of nostalgia for Community, Dan Harmon's late, great meta sitcom. Sure, it had arguably nearly as many bad seasons as good ones, but man, those good seasons contained some of my favorite episodes of television ever made. I loved the characters, the insane riffs on genre, the terrific dialogue, and the endless pop culture references. At times it felt like it was made just for me, and I'm sure everyone out there feels that way about one particular show.

I had sort of written off the idea of the long-hyped Community movie ever happening (#sixseasonsandamovie), but now Harmon says that not only will it eventually happen, but it'll be "great" when it does. In typical Harmonian fashion, though, he embraces the negative aspects before shining a ray of hopeful positivity on the situation in this interview with Larry King:
