Deadpool Wishes Josh Brolin a Happy Birthday in the Most Hilarious Way
Today is Josh Brolin's birthday! He is 50-years-old today and Ryan Reynolds wished him a happy birthday in the most hilarious Deadpool way possible. He posted an image of Deadpool painting a portrait of Josh Brolin. Brolin is posing for him as Cable in the image, but Deadpool is painting the actor as he appeared in 1985 as Brand in The Goonies. Reynolds posted this little note with the image:
"Happy Birthday, Bright Eye. You don’t taste a day over 40."
I love this, and this isn't the only Goonies reference that has been made with Deadpool 2. In the trailer, there was a scene where Deadpool is wearing Chunks Hawaiian shirt from Goonies. In case you missed that, I also included the tweet that pointed that little Easter egg out below.
