Deleted AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON Scene Pits Vision Against Thor

For me, Avengers: Age of Ultron didn't live up to the magic of Joss Whedon's first Avengers movie. Maybe it was because there were too many elements at play, maybe because some of the initial magic had worn off, or maybe it was because I got so much joy out of seeing these heroes work as a team and this film seemed to start sowing the seeds of discontent between the characters we know are going to battle in Civil War.

But the film definitely had some cool aspects to it, and the creation and execution of Vision was certainly one of them. The moment when Paul Bettany picks up Thor's hammer is terrific, and now there's a deleted scene floating around that includes a knock-down fight between Thor and the newly-created Vision. This is part of the brand new MCU Phase Two box set that's available through Amazon (get it here), and I love how the unfinished effects almost give this video a sort of fan-made quality. Downey looks sort of ridiculous with the half-finished Iron Man armor floating around his body, but it's still a cool look at the movie during a part of the process we don't normally have access to. Check it out below:
