Eli Roth's Cannibal Horror Film THE GREEN INFERNO Gets a New Trailer
A couple weeks ago, we learned that Eli Roth's cannibalistic horror film The Green Inferno would be released this summer. We now have a new trailer for you to watch, for what is being billed as his "most terrifying film ever." That's not saying much, as I don't think anything he has made has really been very terrifying. I consider most of his work as being cheap thrills with no substance. This new film definitely looks like it could be pretty crazy, though.
The story follows "a group of student activists who travel from New York City to the Amazon to save the rainforest. However, once they arrive in this vast green landscape, they soon discover that they are not alone and that no good deed goes unpunished."
The film stars Lorenza Izzo, Ariel Levy, Daryl Sabara, and Kirby Bliss Blanton. The Green Inferno will be released on September 25th. The trailer starts out pretty much the same as the earlier trailer that we've seen, but the second half includes some new footage.
