Evangeline Lilly Confirmed for ANT-MAN and Corey Stoll In Talks
A month ago we learned that LOST and The Hobbit star Evangeline Lilly was in talks to take on the lead female role in Marvel's Ant-Man. It's now been confirmed that her deal has closed, and she's officially on board. Word on the net is she will be playing Hank Pym's daughter and Scott Lang's love interest. It would be pretty cool if she turned out to be Wasp though, she would easily fit the character. In the comics she is the daughter Vernon van Dyne and Dr. Henry "Hank" Pym was his associate. Who knows how it will all work out in the movie though.
The Wrap also reports that House of Cards and Non-Stop actor Corey Stoll is in early talks to join Lilly, Paul Rudd, and Michael Douglas in the movie. There's no word on who he will be playing in the film if he's cast, but all will be revealed in time.
