Explore the Most Searched Pokemon of Each Country
Pokémon is celebrating 25 years of incredible success. To celebrate, everyone has been reminiscing about their favorite Pocket Monsters, memories, games, and more. Over at TheToyZone, they decided to dig through Google search data to figure out what Pokémon is searched the most in each country. Pikachu is extremely popular, but there are also countries that look up Golem, Gloom, Eevee, Porygon, and so many more. Now, I do need to stress that the data only includes the original 151 Pokémon.
You can check out the site which breaks the above map down by region as well for clearer views, but I also wanted to share their list of all 151 Pokémon ordered by popularity. The big three are Pikachu, Charizard, and surprisingly Onix. My favorite Pokémon, Blastoise, makes #19 on the list. Where does your favorite fall?
