First Trailer for Netflix Series UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT

Netflix has debuted the first trailer for its upcoming new series, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Ellie Kemper (The Office) stars as a member of an apocalypse cult who moves to New York City and tries to live a normal life, and if you feel like this trailer has shades of 30 Rock to it, you're absolutely right. Tina Fey and 30 Rock showrunner Robert Carlock created this series, and it looks like Kemper is serving as the Fey stand-in character this time around. (Similar to how in practically every Woody Allen movie in which he doesn't star, there's a guy that clearly has Allen's personality.)

Anyway, this looks like it has a good energy to it, and with Fey and Carlock running things behind-the-scenes, it should have plenty of laughs. Sounds like the perfect thing to binge-watch in a weekend if you've had a bad week, and you'll be able to do that starting on March 6th.
