FULL HOUSE Reunion Series In The Works At Netflix

The last time we wrote about anything having to do with the '90s sitcom Full House, it was chastising the cast for butchering a performance of the theme song at the series creator's birthday party. But now, in keeping with rumors that surfaced last year, TV Line reports that the cast is reuniting for a 13-episode reunion series called (and I'm not making this up) Fuller House, and Netflix is "thisclose" to ordering it.

Candace Cameron Bure will return as D.J. and Andrea Barber will be back as her spazzy best friend Kimmy, while Bob Saget, Dave Coulier, and John Stamos "are being eyed to make guest appearances." That's not surprising — those guys hang out together all the time and are basically sitting around with not much else going on anyway, so it makes sense that they'd come back. This is the latest in a long trend of cancelled or concluded TV shows being resurrected, and though I watched Full House as a kid, I'm starting to get really sick of the idea that EVERY SINGLE PROPERTY from the 1990s is going to make a comeback. Really, guys? Do we really need another Full House? No. The answer is no.
