Fun GODZILLA Fan Art and Japanese Fans say America's Godzilla is Too Fat
Here's a fun piece of Godzilla fan art from artist Olivier Silven that kind of goes along perfectly with what Japanese Godzilla fans are saying about the Americanized version of Godzilla.
Now, Godzilla has always been a massively huge creature hell bent on causing destruction, but according to the Japanese he's too fat in Garreth Edwards' amazing looking new film. Upon viewing the new version of the monster a lot of them mocked the design and had this to say about it:
"Whichever way you look at it, he's an American fatty."
"He got fat in America on cola and pizza."
"He's couch potato Godzilla;"
"It's got no neck."
"He Supersized."
"Marshmallow-Godzilla?"
"It looks like a seal."
"He’s so fat, I laughed.”
"It's chubby and cute."
Of course he's big… it's Godzilla for cryin' out loud! I don't get it. It must be a cultural thing. I love the look of the monster, he's pure muscle, and absolutely terrifying. What do you think about the look of Godzilla? Do you think he's too fat?
