Jennifer Lawrence Reveals First Photo For THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY - PART 2
I'm guessing Jennifer Lawrence will be happy to have The Hunger Games franchise behind her. The films absolutely contributed to her becoming a massive A-list star, but with this upcoming fourth movie in the franchise, it has to be getting a little bit boring for her to keep returning to the character of Katniss Everdeen — especially when Mockingjay - Part 1 was so dull (just my opinion). I'm excited to see how she grows as an actress and what kinds of projects she chooses once she's free from contractual obligations; that's when we'll start getting a sense of what she can really do.
But before she hits that milestone, though, there's the little matter of leading the revolution of Panem. Lawrence took to Facebook to share the first photo (above) from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2, which came with the caption: "6.9.15 #MockingjayPart2 #Unite" Since June 9th is only a few days away and the film doesn't come out until November 20th, it's a safe bet that date either marks the beginning of some sort of viral campaign or, more likely, the release of a trailer.
