Jon Stewart is preparing to head into his last week of hosting The Daily Show, and writer/director/producer J.J. Abrams was his guest last night. As everyone on the planet with internet access knows, Abrams is directing the most anticipated film of the year (decade? ever?), Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and he told a story we hadn't heard before: namely, that he broke his freakin' back making the movie.

Remember when Harrison Ford was injured by the Millennium Falcon? Well, apparently that injury was directly responsible for Abrams' own injury. Check out the story around the 3:50 mark in this video (h/t ScreenCrush):
