JOHN WICK 2 Gets New Title and Release Date
The first John Wick was a lot of fun, and like the rest of the fans out there, I'm really looking forward to the upcoming sequel. But while we've been calling the movie John Wick 2 for months now, it apparently has received an official title that's slightly different: prepare yourselves for John Wick: Chapter Two. I like it because it implies that Wick's adventures are collected in a massive tome somewhere, and maybe this is wishful thinking, but to me it seems slightly unlikely that they'd name it "chapter" two without having plans for at least one more movie in mind.
Exhibitor Relations dropped the news on Twitter, along with a release date of February 10th, 2017, which is less than a year away. Bring it on, Keanu Reeves.
