Kevin Feige Says "Never Say Never" to Multi-Studio Marvel Crossover

Movie Marvel by Joey Paur

One thing a lot of us never thought we would see is a multi-studio Marvel universe crossover. As many of you already know, the rights to several Marvel characters belong to other studios. FOX owns the rights to all of the X-Men mutants, and Sony owns the rights to Spider-Man, but Marvel Studio president told IGN in a recent interview to "never say never." Here's exactly what he said,

"I would say, not any time soon would we be in a position to team up with other studios who [have] a few of our characters, because we have so many characters ourselves, but I would never say never."

I guess the real question is, how patient we can we be before it actually happens?  Like he said, it's not going to happen anytime soon, but I can't help but think that there have already been early discussions with other studios. How long do you think it will be before it actually happens?

You can watch the interview below. He talks about all this starting at the 4:07 mark.
