Lionsgate Considers HUNGER GAMES Theme Parks

It looks like Lionsgate is exploring the idea of bringing the Hunger Games to life in the form of a theme park!
The news comes CEO Jon Feltheimer, who said that they had "been approached about Hunger Games theme parks in two territories and [were] considering those possibilities." Apparently it's something they are excited about.
There are no details on what will be included in the park. It would hilarious if the park pitted guests against each other, and sent them out into a real life or death Hunger Games event, but we all know that won't happen.
Seriously though, the dystopian future that the story is placed in seems like it would make for a pretty depressing theme park. What do you think of the possibility of a Hunger Games theme park?
