LOST's Terry O'Quinn up for Lex Luthor in BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN?

Director Zack Snyder recently confirmed at a Man of Steel fan event that Lex Luthor will play a role in the Batman Vs. Superman film. There are even spoiler filled rumors about how the character will be portrayed in the film that you can read about here

There's now a rumor from Supermansupersite claiming that Lost star Terry O'Quinn could be up for the role of Lex Luthor. If this is true, it would be pretty awesome. According to a source close to the production, O'Quinn is on a short list of actors being considered for the part. I can actually see him in the role, and if he got it I wouldn't complain.

O'Quinn is a character actor who has been in a ton of films and TV series over the years, and most recently starred in ABC supernatural series 666 Park Avenue.

Bryan Cranston was rumored to be up for the role at one point, but Cranston denied it. You never know though, he still might be on this short list of actors, because Cranston would be awesome in the role too.

This is all just a rumor for now, but it will be cool to see who ends up playing Lex Luthor. The movie comes out on July 17th, 2015 and so far it stars Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Diane Lane as Martha 'Ma' Kent, and Laurence Fishburne as Perry White.
