Mark Ruffalo Says THOR: RAGNAROK Is an "Intergalactic Buddy Road Movie" and Teases Hela

There's no question that Thor: Ragnarok is going to be different from any Marvel movie that's been made so far. I've enjoyed both Thor movies, but I think director Taika Waititi is going to give us the best one yet. The guy has a unique sense of humor, storytelling, and style of adventure. He previously talked about this, saying:

“My strength in this is bringing my style of humor, which is probably a very different style of humor. They've had good jokes in them before, but I think where I come from is maybe a fresher style. It could just shake the entire thing up a bit.”

As you all know by now, The Hulk is going to have a major role in the film, and he will be teaming up with Thor on a wild adventure. Mark Ruffalo previously said that Thor: Ragnarok would be a Midnight Run-style road movie. In a recent interview with E! Online, Ruffalo talked a little bit more about what we can expect to see from the film and also teased Cate Blanchett's villain. He said:

"It's an intergalactic buddy road movie with Banner and Thor. I think it will be smashing. You'll see a lot more Hulk. The Hulk gets Hulk-ier. The Hulk Hulks out. Hulk-ier and bigger."

Talk then turned to the villain Hela, who Blanchett is set to play. I can't wait to see what Marvel does with her in the MCU, but we previously got a piece of concept art teasing her look. Ruffalo went on to tease the villain saying:

"She plays the worst of the worst. So evil. She is going to kill us. It's such a great part she gets to play."

I'm not sure if the whole "kill us" us thing is just him playfully using words, or if she is actually going to kill them. Hela is the goddess of death and she rules over the dead in the realms of Hel and Niflheim. She also has the power to claim the souls of people and bring them back to life. It makes me wonder if part of this next Thor adventure will see Hulk and Thor being killed at one point and having to fight their way back out of Hel. I guess we'll just have to wait and see! All I know is that anything can happen!
