Marvel's DEFENDERS Rumored to Appear in AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR

Marvel is building up to something epic with Avengers: Infinity War - Part 1 and Part 2. The Marvel cinematic universe is growing with all of the series being developed on ABC with its Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff series, Agent Carter and the four Netflix series: Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jonesand Iron Fist.

The heroes in the Netflix series make up a team called The Defenders, and according to Bleeding Cool, those heroes might show up together in Avengers: Infinity War - Part 2.  It would make perfect sense if they did, after all, the entire MCU is connected, and if Marvel wanted to introduce any of their TV characters into the movies, it's set up to where they could make that happen.

By the time Avengers: Infinity War roles around, the face of the Marvel universe will have changed drastically. Several of the Avengers that we've come to love might not be around, and then there's characters like Ant-Man, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Spider-Man, who will all have been introduced.

Only the big boys and girls at Marvel know what exactly is going to happen over the next few years. Meanwhile, the rest of us fans are left to read rumors and speculate on what may transpire. The timeline of gathering the Defenders together seems to work with the release of Infinity War - Part 2, which is set to be released on May 3rd, 2019.

I've also got some good news for all you Agent Carter fans out there! According to the report, Marvel sources say that Agent Carter is 75% confirmed for a second series. I'm honestly not sure why they didn't greenlight another season right away! Agent Carter is a great series, and we need to see the story of Peggy Carter continue.

I know we've got a long way to go, but what do you think about the possibility of The Defenders showing up in Avengers: Infinity War - Part 2? Do you think that's something Marvel should do? Or do you think the characters are too dark and violent to bring into the feature films?
