Michael Keaton’s Perfect Response to Batman Jealousy Question
A couple of weeks ago Christian Bale admitted that he was jealous of Ben Affleck playing Batman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It seemed like Bale would have actually liked to keep playing the character. In a recent interview with ShortList Magazine, Michael Keaton was asked if he felt that way about other actors playing Batman, and his response was as perfect as perfect can get.
Finally, Christian Bale recently said he felt jealous to see Ben Affleck wearing the cape and cowl — do you ever get that?
“No. Do you know why? Because I’m Batman. I’m very secure in that.”
Boom. He drops the mic drops and walks off stage. Keaton is a badass.
