MIKE AND DAVE NEED WEDDING DATES Trailer Gives Anna Kendrick and Aubrey Plaza a Chance to Shine

I didn't see Bad Grandpa, but everything I saw from the marketing and the reviews indicate it's a disaster. That's a shame, because I like Aubrey Plaza and after being a little annoyed with his Disney-era projects, I don't mind Zac Efron. But now it looks like the two of them are going to bounce back in a new comedy that looks much better than Dirty Grandpa. This one's called Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, and it stars Efron, Plaza, and Pitch Perfect co-stars Anna Kendrick and Adam DeVine. Efron and DeVine play the title characters, brothers who need to find a couple of classy girls as dates for their sister's wedding in Hawaii. Kendrick and Plaza play trashy girls who want an excuse to party in Hawaii, and when they pair up, all sorts of shenanigans ensue.

Check out the first trailer below. Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates hits theaters on July 8th, and I'm looking forward to this one.

Hard-partying brothers Mike (Adam Devine) and Dave (Zac Efron) place an online ad to find the perfect dates (Anna Kendrick, Aubrey Plaza) for their sister’s Hawaiian wedding. Hoping for a wild getaway, the boys instead find themselves outsmarted and out-partied by the uncontrollable duo.
