As you have probably heard by now, actor, musician, and artist Anton Yelchin was killed in a tragic car accident this past weekend. It was utterly shocking news, and the people who knew and loved him are mourning his loss. Yelchin was only 27 years old and his untimely death hit a lot of his fans hard. Today we have a couple of things for you to see that beautifully pay tribute to the actor. The first is a video from JoBlo that came with the note:
It's with a heavy heart that we announce that a brilliant young actor was tragically lost on this day. Anton Yelchin was an incredible acting talent with a vast array of films for only being 27 years old. To try and honor his memory as much as we possibly can, we've put together this small tribute in his memory and we wish the best to his family and friends. RIP Anton Yelchin and thank you for everything.
The second is a sketch created by tumblr user mrscratch0753, and it depicts Yelchin being greeted by Leonard Nimoy (Spock) and fellow Star Trek actors Deforest Kelley (Dr. McCoy) and James Doohan (Scotty), who have all passed on.
You can see both tributes below. Anton Yelchin is an incredible talent that is going to be missed.
It’s father’s day, and I have no real time to finish this, but I wanted all my Trekkie friends and family all around the world to have this.
