MY ENTIRE HIGH SCHOOL SINKING INTO THE SEA Trailer: Yep, It's What It Sounds Like

Anyone who's a true fan of the animation medium knows that there's much more out there than just Walt Disney Animation, Pixar, and those damned Minions films — you just have to dig a little deeper to find them. But thankfully, a new unconventional new animated movie is getting a pretty respectable release. It's called My Entire High School Sinking Into the Sea, and it's the debut feature from graphic novel writer Dash Shaw. The title doesn't lie on this one, peeps — it's about a group of kids who realize their school is built on a fault line and how they handle it when it slips into the water.

The big draw, aside from the unconventional animation style, is the voice cast, which includes Jason Schwartzman, Susan Sarandon, Reggie Watts, Lena Dunham, and more. The film arrives in theaters on April 14, 2017. Check out the trailer below.
