New GODZILLA X KONG: THE NEW EMPIRE Reactions - "It’d Shock Joel Schumacher"

Some more reactions have surfaced for the upcoming MonsterVerse movie Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, and the reviews are a mixed bag. I have very low expectations for this movie, and one of the reactions says that it’s “a noisy titan brawl with hardly any human heart to engage us on an emotional level.” Which is pretty much what I expected because that’s what we got from the last couple of films.

However, there are people who freakin’ loved it describing it as an “Atomic Blast!”, “A fantasy rock opera”, and “The most enjoyable MonsterVerse movie yet.”

Others describe it as “Underwhelming”, “The human stuff is notably clunky”, and “misses more than it hits.” One of my favorite reactions reads, “This thing is so insanely colorful and toyetic, it’d shock Joel Schumacher.”

The film stars Rebecca Hall (Godzilla vs. Kong), Brian Tyree Henry (Godzilla vs. Kong), Dan Stevens (Legion), Kaylee Hottle (Godzilla vs. Kong), Alex Ferns (The Batman) and Fala Chen (Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings).

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire opens in theaters on March 29th.
