New Red-Band Trailer For Nicolas Winding Refn's THE NEON DEMON
Here's the brand new red-band trailer for Nicolas Winding Refn's new horror film The Neon Demon. From everything we've seen so far, it doesn't look like a traditional horror movie (which, frankly, is to be expected when it comes to this filmmaker), but much more like a psychosexual exploration of what it means to be a woman in a society where image is everything. I hope it's a little more akin to Drive than Only God Forgives, since the latter movie was practically impenetrable.
The film arrives in theaters on June 24th before streaming on Amazon. Beware: this trailer contains a little flash of nudity, so it's probably not a good idea to watch it at work.
