New Trailer for Keanu Reeves and Jason Momoa's THE BAD BATCH is a Wicked Wild Ride
The Bad Batch looks like it's gonna be a jacked-up post-apocalyptic thriller. A funky new trailer has been released for the film and as you'll see, this movie is going to be a wicked wild ride.
The story centers on a girl played by Suki Waterhouse, who finds herself in a nightmarish wasteland in where Keanu Reeves leads a cult of flesh-eating cannibals. At least she's got Jason Momoa there to help her through this insanely bizarre journey that she's found herself on.
If you're into these kinds films this is one seems like it's going to deliver. The reason I say that is because it's been getting great reviews. I like what I've seen in the trailers, the visual aspect of it is also very cool. I'm definitely pumped up about watching this one.
The story follows "Arlen (Waterhouse) as she is unceremoniously dumped in a Texas wasteland fenced off from civilized society. While trying to orient her unforgiving environment, she is captured by a savage band of cannibals and quickly realizes she’ll have to fight her way through her new reality. As Arlen adjusts to life in ‘the bad batch’ she discovers that being good or bad mostly depends on who you’re standing next to."
The film comes from director Ana Lily Amirpour (A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night) and it also stars Giovanni Ribisi (Ted, Sneaky Pete). The Bad Batch will be released in theaters on June 23rd.
