Owen Wilson and Ed Helms Hunt for Their Dad in Funny Trailer for BASTARDS
Owen Willson and Ed Helms has teamed up for a new comedy called Bastards, and we've got the first trailer here for you to check out. The story follows two brothers who go on a journey to find their dad. It looks like a solidly funny movie worth checking out. The film also has a great supporting cast that includes Glenn Close and J.K. Simmons.
Helms and Wilson play Peter and Kyle Reynolds, two brothers whose eccentric mother (Glenn Close) raised them to believe their father had died when they were young. When they discover this to be a lie, they set out to find their real father, learning more about their mother than they probably ever wanted to know.
The film was directed by Lawrence Sher, who was the cinematographer of The Hangover films. This is his first time actually directing a film. The film will also have appearances by Terry Bradshaw (as himself), Katt Williams, June Squibb, Kate Aselton, and Ving Rhames. Bastards opens up in theaters on January 27th.
