Photos and Details of SPECTRE Bond Girls Revealed

Thanks to USA Today we have four new photos from director Sam Mendes' James Bond film Spectre, and each features a Bond girl from the film. We also have some additional details on each of the characters.

First up, Léa Seydoux, who plays a character named Madeleine Swann. She is described as “the doctor daughter of an assassin, [who] comes into contact with Bond at her Austrian clinic, and while there is a spark between them, their first meeting is abrupt, to say the least.”

Monica Bellucci plays Lucia Sciarra, the widow of a murdered mafioso. When talking about her character she explains, “She comes from a man’s world, but when the attraction between them takes place and she realizes her feminine power on him, then she trusts him to save her.”

Naomi Harris reprises her role of Eve Moneypenny from Skyfall, and when talking about how her story arc from the previous film leads into Spectre she says, “(It) made her reassess what she was doing as a profession and what she wanted to do with the rest of her life. She wants to support in a different way. There’s a maturity in that decision and a groundedness you see with her.”

The finally we have Stephanie Sigman, who is taking on the role of Estrella, and when talking about her character, all she said was, She’s a lot like me. We like to have fun and we’re joyful people. I found her really easy to play and go with the flow and just be me.”

These actresses are joined by Daniel Craig, Ben Wishaw, Ralph Fiennes, Christoph Waltz, David Bautista, Andrew Scott, and Rory Kinnear. Here's the brief synopsis:

A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organisation. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.

Spectre hits theaters on November 6th, 2015.
