Director Quentin Tarantino keeps reminding his fans that he’s going to make only one more film before he retires. It seems like he’s very serious about this. We have no idea what that final movie will be, but during a recent interview with Bill Maher, he admitted that he considered remaking his classic 1992 film Reservoir Dogs as his swan song. Thankfully, he’s not going to do that. He said:

“I’ve actually considered making a remake of Reservoir Dogs as my last movie. I won’t do it, internet! But I considered it.”

I actually recently rewatched the original film, and it’s so damn good. There’s really no point in remaking the movie, but at the same time, I can’t help but wonder what Tarantino would have done with a remake. Not enough to want to see him do it, but it’d be interesting to hear what kind of ideas were blowing up in his brain.

Since he isn’t sharing any of those ideas, just for fun… what are some ideas and concepts you’d come up with for a Reservoir Dogs remake? Who would you cast in it?
